With the aid of CSS all elements of the form can be adjusted. There are no constraints which CSS selectors can be used. But you should always mind that the used selectors and css properties are backed up by the corresponding browsers.

There are different possibilities to include css in the form. In the following the possibilities are specified.

Allocating CSS via templates

In the administration surface in the module files and templates you can create own CSS templates. Those templates can be chosen in the Xima® Formcycle Designer in the section form settings and apply to the current form.

  1. Create a CSS template
  2. Choose the template in the Xima® Formcycle Designer

Changing CSS directly in the form editor

  1. Open the console sector of the Xima® Formcycle Designer and switch to the CSS area.
  2. Write your CSS classes.
  3. Choose your desired Css classes in the element attributes. All affected elements will be refreshed immediately in the view.

Overwriting CSS

For creating an own CSS you have to overwrite the stock attributes for form elements. Here you can find an example file.
